Dominium is a comprehensive property management and rental discovery platform that connects tenants with landlords and caretakers. We provide tools for rent collection, property management, and apartment listings.
Dominium is free for tenants to browse and inquire about properties. Landlords pay a small commission on collected rent, and caretakers can create free profiles with optional premium features.
We currently operate in major cities across Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. We're expanding to more towns soon.
